[PaQSO] W3NO/R is staged in WAR

W3NO and I are now in WAR after spending 9 hours driving up from Pittsburgh
and picking our operating locations for our rover operation.  We have some
good ones that are only a few minutes apart.  The order of the Sunday
counties will change slightly but Saturday is still the same as I posted
earlier.  Note that WAR will be the first two hours and the last hour of
Saturday.  So make sure you get on for the start on Saturday if you think
WAR will be a problem for you.  We will be running a KW to wire antennas on
both CW and SSB.
