Subject: [PaQSO] Mobiles
Just a short Amen to remember the mobiles. I know in the past few years I've mobiled in the PA Party, finding a frequency I could stay on (SSB) long enough for stations to find me who needed me was difficult at best. I plan on more SSB than Slow speed CW from the W3HAM mobile this year. While I don't mind hunting and pouncing some that doesn't really help others find the weaker mobile signals.
Just a reminder that we mobiles are out there for you and at today's gas prices its getting more difficult to mobile great distances. Most of us don't win anything come awards time. But we do try to bring you some of the counties you might not have otherwise in your efforts for that possibly elusive clean sweep.
Just some thoughts.
