[PaQSO] K8MR/R Update

I had correspondence from an individual from northeast Philly area who was
planning to operate from Cameron.  I suggested the QTH where I was last
year.  I did not hear back from him if he decided to operate from there or
not. Hopefully he will, but if not, I sure do hope to catch K8MR as he
mobiles through!
