[PaQSO] Almost Go Time

Just a couple days away now……..

I will be heading to the wilds of Potter County tomorrow morning, so unless I get a place with a hotspot, I'll be OOT for a bit.

We'll be W3GA/Portable operating during the party. I'll be operating Multi-Single with Woody Brem, W3YA, and Eric Prescott, W3EDP.

I'll check in to the Friday night net if our antennas are up and functioning by that time - no reason to think they won't.

I still get a few queries about the Special event Station.

The bonus Station is W3SC and it is running this year under the Auspices of the Schuykill Repeater Association. They will have Multi-Multi operations from 2 meters to 160 meters. This is an old school single location operation.

If you are using N1MM, it already knows the bonus station, for other logging programs, remember to enter that in the menu for that purpose.

Weather looks to be typical gorgeous Pennsylvania October.

The Friday night net will be Friday October 12, at 0000Z 3.910 LSB +/- (that's 8:00 p.m. for you landlubbers, or 20:00 for a lot of us)
