Another thought is to use the note feature, Ctrl-N to add a note to the current or LAST QSO. I would enter the extra counties and serial number and then use that info to edit the Cabrillo. N1MM can give you a list of notes entered for all QSO's the serial number would speed up finding the entry in the Cabrillo file. You would need to potentially manually recalculate the multipliers though.
Firing up a computer with N1MM on it to check closer...
