[PaQSO] Question about Logging with N1MM

From the Rules of the PaQP "Stations on county line give out 1 serial
number per contact plus multiple county multipliers."

That would seem to me that I (outside the state) log the report, N1MM
will put two of my serial numbers into the log, BUT the op on the county
line only receives one of my numbers. I'd then have to go back,
immediately, and edit MY number so the same number appears in two
consecutive lines of my log. Doing such editing is quite time
consuming, at least with a LID like me doing the operating. :)

Question - is this the proper procedure? N1MM won't take
County1/County2 in the {EXCH} window, it barfs. Anyone have a
workaround? Or is there a way to force an entry in N1MM with what it
thinks is incorrect information? If so, how does one "mark" the contact
for after the fact editing?

Or, is it okay to log with two consecutive numbers in the N1MM log, make
a note to change the cabrillo file after it is made, and essentially
"skip" one number for each of the county line stations worked?

Or, is there a logging programme which provides a way to do this
automagically? I'm sure that this situation has come up for others in
past years. I guess I was (un)lucky enough to have never worked a
county line station in previous PA QSO Parties.

I'm glad I thought of this prior to next week!
