[PaQSO] Late Entry

I was befuddled due to a family emergency last week, and didn't get my 
entry in because of senility or some other cause of forgetfulness.

If I mail the required paper today, have it postmarked on the 14th, will 
that be OK?   With pony express sometimes being slow, it might not 
arrive until the 16th or later in Pennsylvania.

I can e-mail my cabrillo file today.

Please advise if you'll wave at me, or waive the receipt of the hard 
copy snail mail by November 15th.
