[PaQSO] Scoring question

Wow! I didn't intend for my question to stir up such a heated debate. I just forgot how the scoring worked and asked for clarification. However, there sure has been a lot of activity on the reflector lately vs. the silence after the PaQP concluded, and that's good.

Concerning county line stations, I don't see anything wrong with the PaQP being "unique" in the way it handles them.
