Interesting concept, for sure. As a past, and intended future (vehicular) mobile participant, I w ould like to see official response from NARC before I would make any further comments. Though, at this time, I am not in favor of aeronautical mobile being in same class as vehicular mobile, for a variety of reasons

Before I go any further, I'm all for it. Sure wouldn't have to travel 
very far to 
get all 67. Circle around a while and ya got 'em. Be a lot of fun also,

I know I had a lot of fun ('Till they started shooting, then it was time 
to go home). 
The benefit for the ground stations of course is asking for the rare 
ones. Short hop 
and make a lot of people happy plus have fun at the same time. 

Just because it hasn't been done before, doesn't make it wrong.
