[PaQSO] 2011 certificate for South Texas Section Award

Thank you very much for the beautiful certificate for our results in the 
2011 PA QSO Party!  W3TD, Dave, and I operated in the Multi-Op Single 
Transmitter category while he was visiting from Washington County where 
we both were born.  It was a part time effort but lots of fun, and we 
would like to thank everyone for the Qs.

Hope to be back in 2012 as either M/S again or from individual stations.
