[PaQSO] Ontario to become 4 RAC mults.

OK, since no one else has asked, and I'm sure I'm not the only one to
wonder, I'll ask:

Since the split will be effective prior to the 2012 contest:

Are we going to have four Ontario multipliers available in the 2012 Pa QSO
Party, or still have only one Ontario mult?

Thoughts?
