Hi Ray,

No toe stepping at all.   The only way I ever got to win DCO was for 
K3EGE to move out of the county.  I'm sure I'll be chasing you all 
weekend,, but maybe you will bring out the best in me.

Sorry I don't know any good spots for you.   Although I've lived here my 
whole life,  I'm blind and the world beyond my back yard is a great mystery.


I do remember about 10 years ago that Carter  N3AO, who is OM of  ARRL 
President  Kay Craigie, operated QRP portable from (I think) Cabrini 
College, which is in Wayne or Radnor.
