[PaQSO] PAQP-2012

Well, there goes my  3  year run of first place in DCO.  Ray, hope all 
is OK  on the home front.

A now deflated KW3A will be on from the home station in Delaware county 
(DCO)  all bands, SSB and (slow) CW.

See you all in October.
