[PaQSO] 2012 Pa QSO Party Plans as of 20 August

I'm glad to start seeing some traffic on people's plans.  We are now less
than 2 months away.  It is very helpful for me to decide sooner than later
where to operate to fill a gap as a portable operator with more input.  The
longer Bud's list gets with planned operations, the easier it is for me to
narrow down my short-list to decide where to operate to help fill a gap.  I
think I did a pretty effective job of it last year from Cameron, and
previously from Clinton, Snyder, Mifflin and way back when a few trips to
Potter.  I'm definitely getting my portable operation nailed down better
and this is one event I really look forward to doing every year.  I wish we
had PAQP more often, but maybe then it would get old (doubtful!).

So, c'mon guys (and gals) and let us know what your plans are so those of
us planning to go mobile, rover or portable can plan ahead.
