[PaQSO] Lackawanna County

Due to work circumstances, KA3QLF will not be able to participate this year as a mobile as intended. As it stands now, my operation will be limited to  Saturday evening/night, from the home Station in Lackawanna County. I will be on all bands, CW and SSB possibly digital if I hear some activity. Good luck to all PAQP participants, especially the rovers/mobiles. Safe travels, and I hope to be able to be back on the road for 2012. For thos looking forward to the NYQP, ther eis a possibility of a mobile trip for that contest by KA3QLF.
