[PaQSO] 2011 Rules - Broken Link

Mike,

I was looking over the rules in html and pdf - the link to the offical online summary sheet - <http://www.nittany-arc.net/entryforms.htm> is broken - "Page Not Found" .

Also I am curious about the entry divisions - "Multi-Single - Only one signal on air at a time" is listed twice.  Is that a mistake or should one of those be "Portable Multi-Single" ?
