That figure is pretty darn close, from looking at the logs.

We need to Elmer these noobs. When there is  a pileup -  start dissecting it. 

Also, I don't know if anyone else has tried this or not, but some times in a pileup, when there is a person who is calling when they shouldn't be, I have repeated their callsign back to them, and announced that I will *not* work them unless they play properly. That often gets a person to behave. Nothing like having a rare county not work you to enforce good behavior. 8^)

What we all need to remember is that the Mobile is competing in the party too. I want to get counties as well as hand them out. If I have dozens and dozens of Luzerne county QSOs while running,  I'm going to not have many mults. note: LUZ is pretty much the biggest county activated. So yeah, I search and pounce as well as run frequencies. Like I say, we're competing too, not just operating to hand out rare counties to other Ops.
