[PaQSO] Tell kd8mq where to go

Worry not.  INN was activated by a several mobile stations today W3WPA for
one, plus a "native", K3RAS, who popped up on 40 early afternoon.

What I got a kick out of was working N3JFI in BED for #67... took a quick
break to grab a bite... and the very next station I work?  W3WPA/BED.
