[PaQSO] Uh, oh, look at the date...

OK, just so we're clear, I have no problem with submitting my summary sheet
via snail mail.

The idea of donating via Paypal sounds good on paper. But, not all ops will
consider this once they've submitted their entry. forcing the snail mail
entry puts a tangible reminder in my hands that there are expenses involved
in running a contest. I'm president of my local club, so I pay more
attention to this point.

I don't have a problem with the cost of a first class stamp (remember, the
cost is going up soon. stock up on stamps).

I am not affiliated with the PA QSO Party, although I did stay at a Holiday
Inn express once.
