Same as with Randy - I'm going to have to add eligibility for the 
multi-op portables.

Once upon a time, for some reason unknown to me, Multi-Op portables were 
a sort of pariah. Our database awards macro somehow knows that, and 
doesn't pick them out for certificates or awards. I need to dig in now 
to find out what and why.

And this will need a bit of discussion. The overall records have a 
record for single portable. I may need to add a multi based portable to 
that. The multi-operator awards should handle the portable multi-ops 
just fine. Your score should end up there. Randy's 2009 score is a much 
bigger problem, as our records show him in a different county.
