[PaQSO] New Cellphone Legislation

Whoever the hero ham is behind writing and pushing this amendment for inclusion to the bill exempting PA mobile Amateur ops from this otherwise sensible legislation, deserves our complete respect and admiration.
Just because some states, (NY & NJ, e.g.) have adopted this position benefitting us, does not mean it would be easy to include.
It is far easier to write this into the original bill than to attempt to repair the damage after the inevitable outcry, and I applaud whoever is responsible.
Pray the final language survives any battles and wins passage.
Thank you, Bob, for bringing this to our attention. I hope we learn who to thank for this.
