Hello all,

I may be doing a rover operation for PAQP 2011 - basically just covering the counties in the greater Philadelphia area - not sure yet, depends on a few things working out as they should.

Anyhow...

One thing I notice is that CHE was VERY rare last year - rarer than SNY!

Got this from KD8MQ's fine PAQP info website.  

An average county's contribution to the overall points awarded in PAQP is 1.44%...CHE only awarded something like .44%

I've been inactive as far as PAQP goes in recent years...so what gives with CHE?   

Given that it is a high population county that has some open areas (good for antennas and such), you'd think it would be an easy country to work. 

It used to be a "dirt common" mult but for the last few years, it's been fairly rare - in fact for the past five years or so it has ranged from being a moderately to an outright rare mult,

Also, how has it been to work PHI in recent years?

Sometimes PHI is hard to get too.
