[PaQSO] Returning to PA for the contest

W3NO and I will be doing a rover operation.  Our overnight will be in Warren, PA
so we can operate from the counties in that area.  We will wait to post our route
until we see what is really needed.  We will be using the call of W3NO.

The following weekend we will be in the NYQP with our usual call of W2M from
Yates county.

Looking forward to working the usual cast of characters in both contests.
