Looks like someone's email got hacked, just based on the list that nastygram
was sent to.

It happened to me last week, very embarrassing. I'd signed up for a
sports-related web site to post a message, using an alternate email address,
and to my horror, two days later, a spammer was using that account to send
out rather tasteless ads.

We figured the web site itself has been compromised. I notified them, but
so far, nada. Meanwhile, I changed the password on the account and no more
problems.
