As you all may be aware, the Dutch Islands in the Caribbean are turning  
into a several new DXCC countries effective 12:00 am Atlantic time (0400z) on  
October 10.
 
Not sure how this will affect the PaQP, but I suspect it will make for  
interesting times on 20 meters on Sunday, as will as on 40 meters (and  maybe 
80) after 0400z Saturday night.
