[PaQSO] Web update and other stuff

The web pages were updated yesterday with logs received.

Remember that it takes a little longer for the mailed logs to show up, as they go through the Treasurer before they get to me.

Other items of note.

1. Ghost files......I have to do some collaboration with our webmaster to fix a few items. There are some "rogue" web pages and forms there. An OP found a set of 2007 rules and summary sheet. I'm scouring the website now to remove everything not up to date. But I have to be careful not to break the whole thing Not sure how this happened, but I think the webmaster set up some different links for the same stuff, but without me knowing, the years going by made them obsolete. Mea maxima culpa. 

But if you find any weird links or outdated forms, let me know. The name of the page, the link, and any other info that might help me find and eradicate it will help.

2. Questions, Questions, Questions. We have a lot of first timers this year, and they have had a lot of questions. This is actually awesome to get the new guys and gals into the fold.

But there are a lot of questions, and some are similar. The other year, I  rewrote the rules, taking them from one page to about a gazillion. I don't really want to turn them into a novel, so I am going to institute a FAQ as I get the time. An FAQ is needed because while the rules are pretty clear, (I know I'll get flak on that statement) a new person or someone who is doing a different class of operation can get bogged down in all the details until their head starts spinning.

Now I'd like ya'll to help with this.

Send in questions if you have any. Send them to the list or to me. I'll post the FAQ as I get enough of them.
