[PaQSO] Mike: Summary sheet question

Glenn,

I'll take you up on your very kind offer and send you my info direct. 
I know that some others would have  also offered to help, but not needed 
now.  I wasn't trying to make a big thing here.  Had my best year ever 
and want to be sure my log is submitted properly.     Being blind 
doesn't give me a pass on folowing the rules.
