[PaQSO] Official Summary Sheet

I looked at the Rules about scoring and it says that CW contacts are 2
points/QSO. I went to the "official summary" (see below) and it only is
giving me 2 points per CW contact on 160 and 80 meters, and every other CW
contact is 1.5 points. It also says it is from 2008. If the link below is
the "Official summary" then it is not correct, or am I wrong? I don't want
to turn in what I have because it's 34,001 and N1MM was showing me over
37,000 points. Is there an updated Official Summary Sheet somewhere?

Work stations once per band and mode. Work Rovers and mobiles again as they
change counties.

QSO points: CW = 2 points/QSO

PSK = 2 points/QSO

RTTY = 2 points/QSO

SSB =1 point/QSO

FM = 1 point/QSO

Special Event Station QSO = 200 points bonus per QSO

Radio Society.
