[PaQSO] PAQP Friday Nite Check-in

My thanks to Pete (NL7XM) for nominating me for the roll of net control,
however, I must confess that it is Goody (K3NG) who has been at it a bit
longer than I, and therefore I'll take the 'second-string' assignment.

Last year we had 28 check-ins starting at 0030Z (8:30P local) on the
freq of 3900. (That's plus or minus 1 or 2 KHz.).  It always seems there
is a bit of QSO activity around that time and freq., so, I'll be trying to
nail down something between 3895 and 3905.  This of course if Goody
isn't there trying to get it going ahead of me.
