To avoid the last minute head-scratching that occurred the last 2 or 3 years, I'd like to nominate "The Grump" (a.k.a. W3TDF) to host the Pre-Party Net Control Station from his Portable location in Franklin Co. on Friday night.

Ray, would you do us the honors and announce a frequency and time to convene for this wonderful tradition?
