The QSO points change has already been released in the latest version of
N1MM Logger.
The VE multipliers have been changed and will be released in a future
version.

Subject: [PaQSO] PAQSO Party Changes announcement

Good day fellow Hams,

This email is going out to both the list and to software writers.

The PAQSO party has a couple changes that will affect the logging for the
party.

Change number 1 is that all CW QSO's will be worth 2 points. The old rules
stated that CW QSOs on 160 and 80 meters were worth 2 points, and 40 meters
and above were worth 1.5 points. This should simplify matters.

Change number 2 is for the Canadian multipliers.

The new Canadian multipliers are:

Nova Scotia NS (VE1)
Quebec QC (VE2)
Ontario ON (VE3)
Manitoba MB (VE4)
Saskatchewan SK (VE5)
Alberta AB (VE6)
British Columbia BC (VE7)
Northwest Territories NT (VE8)
New Brunswick NB (VE1, VE9)
Newfoundland-Labrador* NL (VO1, VO2)
Nunavut NU (VY0)
Yukon Territories YT (VY1)
Prince-Edward Island PE (VY2)

This is similar to before, the major change is the addition of Nunavut and
the consolidation of Newfoundland and Labrador. This brings us more in to
line with other QSO Parties, although I must note that there is no real
standard.

Particularly for the party people:

If you are using a software logger other than N1MM, WB3W, N3FJP, or
Writelog, reply to the list with what you use, so that I can contact them
with the changes.

Particularly for the software writers:

Thanks very much for your help. If you can let me know that you got this
email, and can make the necessary changes, it will be greatly appreciated.
