[PaQSO] N1MM Logger program enhancement

The N1MM Logger Available window now has band buttons for mixed modes. The 
color of the band/mode buttons changes based on what bands/modes the current 
station has been worked.
Blue = points only
Red = multiplier
Green = double multiplier (section + county mult)
Gray = no points

The user selectable Mode Category and contest determines the display type. 
The Mode Category selector is on the contest selector window. The defination 
of the mixed mode options are:
Mixed = CW & Phone
Digital = RTTY/PSK
Mixed+Dig = CW, Phone, RTTY/PSK

An update has been submitted for release that includes mode filtering 
options for the telnet spots displayed in the lower portion of the Available 
window. Right click in the Available window to see the option menu.

All of the PA QSO party changes which have been announced here have been 
released. Please test the software.

The bonus station update needs to be made. Has this been announced? I just 
checked the web site it looks like the 2010 rules are not posted.
