[PaQSO] N1MM Logger - PA QSO PARTY

A soon to be released version of N1MM Logger will add call history lookup 
for QSO Parties. You will be able to load your old logs, export the contact 
information, add all the years together in one file, and then import them 
for this year's QSO party. You can also specify a different file to import 
for each contest. It will automatically load when the contest is started.

When the call history feature is enabled, the exchange field will be 
populated with the county or section from the previous contest exchange.

If you work a station and log a different county, the log data will take 
priority over the call history table and the exchange field will be 
populated with the last logged exchange.
