[PaQSO] Party update

This year, I was planning on having everything mailed out and finished by
this time, and the club would have one big envelope and box stuffing party.

No good idea goes unpunished, and Mr. Murphy reared his head. The mugs have
been delayed by the outfit that does this having to negotiate with the group
that does the personalizations, since we don't request enough to meet the
minimum order. Anyhow, there's a penalty price and delay for that, and  the
mugs are being made now, but I've been put back a bit.

So breaking with tradition, I'm going to post the results online this
weekend so that people have an idea who is going to win what. Then we'll get
the other stuff out.

In other news, there is a Canadian plaque from last year, and a club plaque
also from last year that is going out with this year's batch. Database
glitch on the Canadian plaque, and severe incompetence for the club trophy.
