[PaQSO] N1MM Logger - PA QSO Party

There have been significant changes in N1MM Logger the last few months for all QSO Parties. All of the changes are listed in the Release Notes available on the N1MM web page.

If you plan to use this program for the PAQP, make sure you have today's update installed. 

I put together a quick list of notes for new users and placed it at the link below. As I think of things to add, I will update the file and change the date.

The Rover mode is new and has been used in several other QSO Parties. This allows mobiles or rovers to log all county stops in one log.
