Myself and a fellow ham are talking about working the Pa QSO Party.
We will be using a club call sign. During the participation in the qso 
party.
Do we need to sign-up to participate and if so can you please direct me 
to where I can find the information.
The other thing we was talking about was participating from 
Pennsylvania  where  my parents were from.
We are from Ohio.
