I've asked my employer to let me off work this year so I could go mobile in a couple counties in this year's PA QSO Party.
Assuming I'll get my request granted I'm planning on going mobile and mostly from Franklin and Fulton Counties. I see Fulton has made the rare list a few times in recent years. If things work out I'll spend a couple hours there to help you with a somewhat rare county. If I feel up to the challenge later in the contest I may venture into Cumberland or Adams county each for an hour or so.
Mostly in my mobile I'll operate 40 by day and 75 toward the evening. Usually I'll do SSB but I may give slow speed CW a whirl especially on 75 towards dark.
Probably will do Franklin first as its closest to home and then Fulton next. Cumberland and or Adams or more Franklin would be likely Sunday.
If I do a third county Saturday chances are I could head West toward Bedford or Somerset. I've operated from there briefly in past parties when my work
schedule permitted.

Allen,
I know this isn't exactly what you asked for, but it may be useful.
I've been tracking rare PA counties for the last several years.
You can find the info at: http://www.kd8mq.info/pqp/
Just click on the rare counties link on the left. (Disregard the charts
link. That's something I'm looking at for the future).

John, KD8MQ
