[PaQSO] N1MM Logger adds rover support

I think the reflector is now removing non-text (html) portions of emails and distributing a blank message. 
Here is my message again in text only format.

The latest version of N1MM Logger adds rover support allowing the user to operate from multiple locations and store all contacts in one log. Dupe checking and Bandmap display is based on the rover location and the software will update the exchange in the exchange message automatically as you change counties. I believe the bonus point calculation is accurate and the software adds the EPA/WPA multipliers automatically.
