[PaQSO] Guys, 10 and 15 were open

10 and 15 meters were open on Saturday afternoon.  I know that because my
brother and I were goofing around (he's in Northamption, I'm in Dauphin) and
I was hearing him perfectly well on both 10 and 15 Saturday afternoon.  If
we can hear each other, then lots of other stations can as well.  So give
both bands a shot Sunday afternoon. 

 

I still need CLI, CRN, FUL, JUN, MCK, POT, WAR and WAY.  Life will still be
worth living if I don't get them, but still.  And wake someone up in
Montana, it's the only US section I need (Canada, VI, PR are a different
story).
