[PaQSO] N1MM Rehash

There must be a delay due to other additions that are non-QSO party related.

Users can install version 9.9.7 for the PA QSO Party. My submission to the 
next release is to simply roll back the bonus point change I made in version 
9.9.8.

When you are done setting up and practicing, simply open a new PA QSO party 
log. All your function keys and station information will be copied into the 
new database.

I just added additional information for Rover/Mobile, easily finding 
stations worked in a county/section, and cut numbers to the link below.
