This is a late flash QST,

I'm most pleased to announce that we now have a sponsor for a new  
Plaque.

Ed Breneiser, WA3WSJ, has announced that he will sponsor a PPSK31  
plaque. I'm pretty excited about this, as We've been trying to promote  
digital modes, and this might be a great kick start for PSK31.

I'll be updating the web pages, as I have a few other corrections to  
make.
