[PaQSO] 2004 Results

I've been catching up on QSLs.  Hmm, some are quite old.  I couldn't 
find my log from 2004 and the guy who sent me a QSL said he needed my 
county for an award.  I assume it was Potter County, but I'm not sure if 
I was in Potter in 2004 or not at this point.  Does anyone have the 
results from 2004 that could check to see where I was operating that 
year so I can send him the correct QSL?  Also, if I was in Potter that 
year, please check to see, but I don't think I was operating QRP back in 
those days.
