[PaQSO] Tnx for Beacon Award

I'd like to thank the NARC for  the certificate  received here for the 2008 
Beacon Award.  Also tnx to Woody K3YV for sponsoring it.

This was something new in 2008, and if you aren't familiar with it, count 
yourself lucky.  It's probably an award nobody wants to qualify for.  It's 
for the blind op with the most qso's.   My 614 qso's was my best ever in the 
PAQSO.

If the award is to be offered in 2009, I'll try my best to get it and will 
also promote it among other blind hams.

Tnx again  for the certificate.  I'm sure it looks nice on the wall, but I'm 
not sure if it is  upside down.
