[PaQSO] "Entry Materials" Required

I don't even know what file in my software IS the summary or Dupe data.

I know I need to mail the summary and dupe sheets, but no idea what file(s) from my software I need to email to them.

The Rules are very vague on what is required, except for the summary sheet. What type of log is accepted as a electronic submit, It calls out that a Log is required. What type of Log? Cabrillo? Chronological? By Call?
