[PaQSO] N3FR change of plans

I am very disappointed to say that for the first time since I started 
working the PaQP, I will not be on the air this year.  My job commitments 
are such that I simply won't have the time needed to head up to the cabin 
early enough to set up and operate.

I'm confident that the Warren County locals we've heard in the past will 
make WAR available to the masses, and hopefully one, or several, of the 
mobiles will tool on through!  Should be a good opportunity to pick up some 
hot contacts!

So, have fun folks!  I will definitely miss hearing all of the coordinated 
craziness that is the PaQP.
