[PaQSO] Log submissions

Hello All,

This weekend is the deadline for submitting your logs. If you are  
having a problem, get hold of me. We do allow for some leeway in the  
submission process, but I won't be stretching things out as much as in  
the past.


notes:

I've got the first batch of mailed logs, and am awaiting the second  
batch from the treasurer. I'll be updating the logs received page this  
weekend.
