[PaQSO] TIOGA County info de NR3K

NR3K - TIOGA County should be on the air again this year from Wellsboro, PA.
 
After reading the news list I figured I would input some info on why we are
sometimes hard to find. 
We typically only run three stations but all three stations are on for the
whole contest. We do take a Saturday dinner break together as part of the
festivities! This is a FUN contest for us and none of us are real
contesters.

This is the layout as we sometimes operate:

Station #1
2meters (146.55 FM) is being monitored during the contest. 
	Other high stuff on request (6m & 440 available). 
	Mostly used for rovers.
20 thru 10 meters Phone. Most hunt and Pounce. Some CQ on bands above
20meters. (Hard to find a place on 20!)

Station #2
40/80 CW (me). Hunt and pounce when the band is busy. I am not to great at
CW especially with a bunch of signals around. I do CQ if a clean spot opens
up. 15wpm please.

Station #3
40/80 Phone. 50-50 hunt-calling CQ.

Operators such as: WB3DLN, KB2VSR, KA3VRW, KB3VRW, KE3HT, Sue (forgot her
call) and others! We also accept guest operators if anyone would like to
stop by and help. NEED better CW op's!
