[PaQSO] Web page updates

The web pages have been updated at:

Logs pages were changed to a variable width font - it saves almost 75K 
of download. Some of the logs with missing summary sheets have been 
received, and a correction or two has been made.

Preliminaries the same, there were updates for missing summary sheets, 
and some miscellaneous corrections.

There will be at least 1 more update for problems that I know about but 
am waiting for the particular persons to send me what I need. The logs 
received pages will only be up another week or so.
