Hi folks,

First I want to thank Bud,AA3B, for the annual postings.

Second, I will be in FRA, but not as a W3OK bonus station,
which I had contemplated. The powers-to-be would not
give me credit if I break the county record using the bonus
call. As most of you know, I have operated from 16 different
counties in the last 19 years, and set a new record 15 of
them. AND, at the tender age of 84, I'm not sure just how
many more I can do. As a member of the DLARC, (W3OK), the 
winning-est club in the 1990's, I wanted to help. But I had to
make a decision, (ie. get my priorities straight !).

Third, - I hope Goody,K3NG/QRP, will be able to conduct the
Friday night check-ins. I, of course, will be there to help.

Last-ly, Fourth. I want to take this opportunity to wish everyone
a safe and enjoyable 'Party' participation.
