I've gotten some comments about the date of the party, so I thought I'd 
better clarify:

In 2008 (this year) the party is on October 11 and 12.

In 2009 (next year) the Party is on October 10 and 11.

Just to clarify in case the question was about this year, and 2009 was a 
typo....
